Pretty sure you can still do it. I haven't tested it myself, but i'm sure it can be shiny. I'd have to check it though or ask Ame about it. Just keep trying mate.

I edited my post and it didn't register... God dammit... Anyway, you won't be able to resolve that problem until you reach "Route 1". And even then, you can't finish that until you reach the "7th street". It's going to take a while until you reach both, so don't bother right now. Just a tip: The end of this side thing is in the "7th street". The answer to the problem is in "South Aventurine Woods". See you o/

Some tracks (The four way ones) can confuse you a bit. I suggest you do another check honestly. That puzzle is not broken, i can guarantee you that. -

That's the thing though: You need balance. 99% of the time, when a leader see that your team has a setup user (Cloyster with Shell Smash, i.e) they're going to fight you in triples, so the setup becomes almost "useless".
