I only bothered to "EV train" (hehe) when an episode ends. I didn't "EV train" (hehe) until i hitted the end of episode 10. Only then, i decided to do it, because i didn't had anything better to do. It's completely unnecessary though. It might make some situations easier to deal with, but i don't believe you'll ever need it for real. I'd "EV train" (hehe) only if you really want to. if you're doing because you think you need it, then... don't. a train full of those?

Probably can, but considering that when you get Croagunk, it isn't owned by Corey anymore (he got rid of the pokes after all)... yeah, i think it should keep it random anyway. Maybe Dry Skin wasn't working anymore and Croagunk adapted to have Anticipation... or maybe i'm thinking too much

Unfair since Blind Guardian is going to figure them out so easily okay that was bad I'm pretty sure you can't get past most of them. You'd need to come from another side, and from what i noticed, the way to reach this "other side" involves rock climb/waterfall. So yeah, i don't think you can access MOST stuff. i said most. I haven't tested all the rocks yet.
