I would just like everyone to know that Aya single handedly destroyed all glimmers of hope I had tonight. I would like to personally thank her FOR ONE SHOTTING A SHINY RHYDON WITH FLIPPEN HYDRO PUMP. It was so pretty. That is all.

Does this have to do with bringing a Helix fossil to the guys on 7th? I had two,, but the first time I went to get it restored it failed, (I suspect the stupid NPC just told me that and kept my Omanyte for himself...) and I ended up using the second one to get my Omanyte. Is there actually something you get or can do if you bring them a Helix?

Back in episode 10 I found 2 shiny unknown in a row. It was like they were taunting me. I think if Ame found a way to make the unknown play a part in the story and give those little guys some purpose, that'd be awesome. could totally work with the story too! EDIT: So I went to the top of the tower to grind unknowns like you guys suggested, I got my EXP share and my level 1 Tyrogue, I encounter a level 59 unknown and Heat wave it with my level 64 Charizard, crit it and kill it, Tyrogue instantly levels up to level 16 lol

I only wish they were more desirable,I think these guys are cool. I like the mystery surrounding them.

Does anyone bother to use these guys? I just caught one that's level 59 and well no one ever talks about them. I feel like they might have some potential...maybe... On a side note is the current area to catch the highest level of wild pokemon in the valley? Luna is giving me a hard time, I think it's about time I added some flair to my roster.

i notice there are a lot of those big tubes that change from red to blue and back whenever you interact with them. I'm going to make an assumption that those have some significance in the wasteland.

So, I was still having trouble beating shade. My team consisted of: Kirlia: 31 Gyrados: 34 Golem: 36 Emolga: 36 Noctowl: 37 Charizard: 40 Long story short, it was the bottom of the 9th and Gyrados had two strikes, 8 HP left and was burned after just taking down Chandelure, and everyone else was dead. Well out comes Spiritomb, the guy that no one invites to the party, but he just kind of shows up because nobody will say anything or ask him to leave. After refusing to lose again I decided to hit up some shops before this battle and see what I could pick up to help me out. I saw the Cotton candy acted as a revive, and purchased it (for 6,000) thinking sure why not. So I think what the heck. I pull out some cotton candy and start ramming it down my comatose Charizard's throat and I tell you, that must have been some good stuff, because he basically did what Popeye does when he eats spinach and went hulk mode (It was a max revive). It took a Dragon Rage and a Shadow Claw, and We emerged victorious. I never would have imagined fire-breathing dragons enjoyed cotton candy, but apparently so. Shade was seriously the most times I have ever lost to a gym leader. I'd like to thank you guys who suggested I use Gyrados, if it wasn't for you guys, I think I'd be at around 25 loses right now lol.

If you missed one I take it there is no opportunity to make it up? I don't think I got the one in the forest with the broken leg, when is this one triggered? I'm assuming when you are going to take out the PRISM, but I don't ever recall seeing any NPC with a broken leg, anywhere.

That after losing to Shade 9 times, it's time to try a new approach. I'm wondering what team member you might have used that was a good Ghostbuster? I recently picked up a Purrloin for the dark type moves, however Chaz isn't doing to well.

All interesting ideas. I only recently discovered this game, but I have to say I'd like to see something that I've always enjoyed when it occurs in the show, and that is when Ash was always chosen by the big legendaries and they lie spoke to him and taught him the true spirit of christmas or something like that. No but I think it would be cool where there's a part that involves communicating with some of them. I could see like the main protagonist dying and Mewtwo telling him it isn't his time and that he must go back. Because learning life lessons from pokemon really takes me back to the glory days lol. I think it would also be cool if secret bases were brought back. I loved decorating my base. I think secret bases were one of the coolest things they did with Pokemon because it gave you a place that was your own.

Found this topic trying to discover if the shards had any use, guess they don't. I had a theory that eventually they'd have to be fused together to open the big doors around Reborn with the multi-colored X's on them. Guess not, oh well. That would be neat though. Either that or maybe to get your hands on rarer pokemon. Hey, I can dream can't I?

I'm gonna sneak on in here so I don't have to make a new topic for something that might be an easy fix, and say as long as we're talking about events not triggering Magby for the life of me will not appear. I've tried when it's raining during both day and night, over the course of a few different days. Is he triggered differently now also?
