I don´t think this will last. Either he will train other Pokemon or he will Rage quit the game. Charlotte is the 4th Gym Leader he got stuck on in sucsession. He had stuck before (against Kiki and Serra) but how will his brute force tactics work. Especially as we are nearing level 100. He also calls "broken" on any Gym Leader who has any kind of counter for their weaknesses or use other tactics against him (like Sigmunds Discharge + Volabsorb/Motordrive tactics)

Speaking of Serra, I can already see him Raging against Blake considering it´s basically the same battle. He has Swampert to take care of the field (while one shotting his own teammate) who gets one shottet by Freeze Dry, Darmanitan with a weakend Flare Blitz, Scrafty, Magnezone, Guardevoir and Cofagrigus. Besides Darmanitan (he had Magmar against Serra) all the other Pokemons are the one he had for Serra. So if he manages to brute force his way through Charlotte Blake will probably be the next Roadblock.

Him rage quitting at Charlotte is probably one of the best moments of this Let´s play tied with the battles against Luna. I usually laugh at those comments, especially if they give him wrong tips. Also am I the only one who enjoys it when people get wrecked by Bennets Yanmega and Scyther just before Luna?

I don´t mind it too much considering you can easily level them up at the Grand Hall trainers (and even get money.) Only thing is, as soon as you hit Agate Circus you have to rely on a few trainers who are there and wild Pokemon, So grinding can get really tedious. Atleast the wild Pokemons are at a high level so they are mostly ready to fight as soon as you catch them

After watching Shofu´s let´s play I would give the player an Item which would explain the field effects. We have the library but there is no way to acces it after arriving at the Agate circus. Also making it alot clearer what happens on certain terrain like switching out some of the fancy text (for example Big Top: Extravagant aerial finish at the end of the attack to Pokemon waits for the openent to attack after going up in the air) or adding additional text (For examle Rocky Field: after using Earthquake, Rock climb, Magnitude or Strenght "Rocks are caught in the attack" or in case of Stealth Rocks "A lot of rocks are floating in the air"). Also I would add 4th gen battle mechanic but this something which probably only the developer of Essentials can do.

I would display a message if the player uses status attacks on certain terrains. Otherwise the player could be confused why certain effects don´t work like they should. Example: Electric Terain keeps the Pokemon awake or Big Top amplifies the effect of Sword Dance. The same also with abilities.

That´s true but judging from Ame it shouldn´t even have the same effect as a max revive. You don´t need 2-3 months to farm for money. Just training your pokemon against the Grand Hall trainers should be more than enough.

I think he means something like "It´s an overpriced Item because Reborn is hard and Ame wants us to suffer and that´s why it´s so expensive". Even though the price doesn´t matter at all as soon as you have acces to trainer rematches at the Grand Hall.

Not nessecarely around the dark gym but definitely around the fighting gym. I would also redesign route 2 completely and put more trainers in here. Another thing I would do is, beginning with Radomus, giving a few Pokemon from gym leaders a higher level, For example the first Pokemon 3 level under the cap, the second and third two level under the cap, the fourth 1 level under the cap, the fifth on the level cap and the ace above the level cap. It just bothers me to see a level 68 Pokemon and a level 78 Pokemon on the same team. Also removing HMs or atleast making them TMs because f**k HMs.

He said in another Thread the you can play through the game only with Blaziken and Diggersby. He could already have a Bibarel as HM Slave and the rest is just death fodder for reviving Blaziken and Diggersby.

I guess the other slots are HM slaves. You probably should start to look for a counter for Amaria. Probably a special attacker so it counters Ciel's Altaria if it has Cotton Guard. Although this is just a suggestion for future episodes.

Ame already said Anna doesn´t use Jirachi.

Having someone fight a level 30 Electrode at the first Gym and a level 40 Cradily at the second Gym is the best Idea ever.

Everyone seem to forget Mars' level 16 Purugly and Jupiter's level 20 Skuntank. This also reminds me that someone critisized Ame's use of underleveld Pokemon (Electrode and Cradily) which i found funny because somewhere he/she said that Gamefreak does it only pretty late in the official games as well as not overdoing it.

Those are Pulse Pokemon and it´s because they are enhanced by the Pulse machines. Those are actually rather excusable mistakes which can happen just like she gave Radomus Starmie Calm Mind. Also she already changed Stone Edge to Rock Slide as far as I know. This one the other hand is kinda strange as only starter can know this move but oh well, it happens. Although I thought she already changed it because someone posted it somewhere already.

The earliest I know of is Shade with his Chandelure and another one. Atleast it used to be.

Doesn´t she start off with Typhlosion and Ninetails instead of Darmantian? At least in episode 13 it was like this. Didn´t even have one. Not sure if Ame changed it. Getting a Pokemon with Rain Dance would be helpful as it would in combination with Sunny Day create the Rainbow field although Hidden Power could still hurt you. If you have a fast Pokemon (or one with Prankster) and you have the Rain Dance TM, I would use it.

Noel had a Staraptor for Steel and Rock types which got replaced by a Wigglytuf apparently. Alhough he could have some Pokemon with HP Fighting but I´m not sure. Ghost Pokemon with secondary typing, which most people would probably use (Gourgeist, Shedinja, Gengar, Drifblim and Spiritomb) he has coverage. Gourgeist and Shedinja with HP Fire, Gengar with Psychic, Drifblim with Discharge and Thundershock and Spiritomb with Moonblast and Playrough.
