The riven was talking shit about how bad I was because the game prior i got queued up with her and had a support wukong. She said we lost because of me. Then this game rolls around and I carried. She got awfully quiet about that

I know people complain about teammates in bronze but I had a smurf account that I got into bronze v on purpose to see if it were that hard to carry and honestly, it wasn't. I played Riven every game, every lane didn't care. Support riven? Sure. ADC riven? Why not. Top riven? of course. Mid Riven? Hell yeah. I went from Bronze V to Bronze I in a day skipping bronze IV and bronze II. Some notes to help you out In bronze you have to play selfishly YOU take the kills YOU take the buffs YOU prioritize your build before everyone elses you wanna carry? then play carry champs like riven or jinx or jax or vi or kass or nasus (then again most people in bronze don't know how to play susan) objectives over kills etc etc bronze was easy, i was able to 4v1 a lane when they sent 2 top because i had 12 kills in 10 minutes.

Yeah I finally went negative in ranked due to having to play 4 4v5s in a row. I even dropped down from silver I but no matter, gotta keep going. Literally after my losing streak this happens. It happened again 2 games later but with Tryndamere. Someone pls stop me (just kidding don't cuz i need to get back into gold on this account)

They aren't. It may look like it but Kass and Velkoz are not depicted on the floor. Lissandra is however. And if it turns out i'm wrong, you all can tell me 'i told you so' however, it is possible that perhaps the watchers lissandra serves are of the same race as Velkoz. I hope you've seen Cholera Ninja's Xin Zhao Tutorial because thats the only way to play Xin Zhao. Also that feel when you get to Gold promos 4 times and lose 4 times straight because of 3v5s :llllll

Yeah I wouldn't worry too much about what people say about it. A similar experience happened to me a few years back and I lost a friend from it :/ And if they're giving you shit for having a good time while being a tad bit drunk is their problem not yours. I mean its not like she WAS his girlfriend because if she had been, then that'd make you an asshole but she wasn't so its k. She obviously was interested in you and you were too drunk to care so kudos to you man, don't let them bring you down you didn't do anything wrong.

thats called tilt and once you go on tilt you should stop playing for a bit. hell losing like 5 games straight is going on tilt, you're killing your mmr by continuing to play. I stop playing after I lose like 5 in a row and then start an hour later.

Yeah, I wish I was that creative but I can only work with things that have been given to me haha. Thresh is actually my favorite support in the game right now, I can't land boxes for shit but its hook city all day every day and the lantern saves are real. If only I was actually good at using his box :l

oh that's awesome. I don't know if this is true, my friend claims it is but he says he helped design thresh and he said it was really intensive and just long to help design/regulate the powers of his abilities. The Champion Design/Rework floor is really cool, lots of stuff is always going on on that floor

I imagine so, a lot of people are always competing for those spots, but you do have a really strong application. When I asked about the internship, the best advice they gave me was to either 1. Design a game 2. contribute to a game (whether it be art, coding, story etc) 3. Have a decent art portfolio I'm pretty sure you have 1 and 2 down, I don't know about 3 but if you have 3 too then hopefully you'll get one of the spots, if not, there's always next summer. this is off topic but by the way, nice touch on the Lykke Li lyrics one of the AI's says in the main healing center in reborn. I just noticed that. Anyways, keep at it, the success of this game will really really help you stand out from the rest of the crowd. I really hope you do get one of the spots

oh! well best of luck to you, sorry for the rant, its just I get that question a lot :/ The summer internship is really cool and just from the fact that you've pretty much made a game really puts you in a good spot/makes your application really strong. I hope you get the internship, riot is great.

said everyone I know ever Haha, I dont get free rp or anything like that (which is what most people ask me for, that and skins) I just get a game invite from time to time and maybe a personal invitation to head over to the company building for a small inhouse tournament. Ironically the first time I went there we didn't play league at all, instead we played Super Street Fighter IV and I wrecked their entire art department. But for the most part thats just what we do whenever I'm there, I'll watch them work on character concepts or i'll listen in on a meeting. They're normal ladies and gents and I treat them as such. A lot of people, when they go to riot, think 'free shit. gimme skins' which does sometimes happen (thats how i got k-9 Nasus) but thats not what they're there for. Theyre there to work on a game. It's really cool to go to Riot and play with people that actually make the game. Phreak is mad good at League I was so caught off guard the first time I played with him. But if I get my hands on a couple of skin cards (probably not until summer break because college ) i'll probably give em out here cuz this place is great.

someone thats very close to RIOT's company. I'm not saying I had a hand in the games conception or anything crazy like that, it started as one of my friends dads actually working at RIOT so I used to go to their offices a lot and I just started making connections while learning about the game I was so passionate about. I met a lot of cool people that ended up adding me because they liked how excited I was about the game. So I play with Morello, Iron Stylus, Phreak and people like that. So yeah, free tickets to LCS and World's for me.

Okay so I normally don't have trouble when I get a bit lost on where to find things as there's usually a post on the Forums about it. Sorry if this is in the wrong place but in 10.5 after going to the graveyard and running into Simon, he told me that he was leaving Team Meteor and going to his house. Naturally I found his house and spoke with him to which he stated that he only wish he knew more about his recently deceased partner Tara. He hints heavily for you to go to the place where she died which was at the lake in the hidden cove. So I went there and I found nothing. Am I supposed to find something and it hasn't been implemented yet or is it just dialogue? Has anyone done this yet/know what to do?

Speaking of Morello, I play with him from time to time. Elo Decay destroyed him in Season 3. And actually, Morello's reasoning for 'balancing'a long with much of Riot's reasoning for balancing is that if one champ is unbalanced or OP they'd have to buff every champ to make the game balanced against when its much easier to just balance the op champ. If people are seriously that pissed off about it then I wouldn't want them playing my game either.

Stopped playing top or mid and started playing support and I suddenly started losing. Which makes me sad because I actually like playing support.

More or less yeah. At higher elo people show up to play seriously. When you get matched against junglers like Meteos and theoddone you can't really troll jungle without getting wrecked.
