You know that guy in 7th street who trades his Piplup for drugs? After you do the trade his dialouge is the exact same as it is before the trade. That a technical oversight on Ame's part or does it mean there will be more drugs in the future to trade him for more Pokemon?
(Looks at RPG maker). There's no other event page so I don't really know. Probably an onversight though you can only get one of those "Rare Candies" so I really doubt there's more to do with him.
