Fairy type was announced in the summer of 2013, right? Well, that was the summer I turned 18. And there were now 18 types. And 18 starters. And 18 divided by 6 is 3, and 6 is two 3s, so overall that makes three 3s! And the next games in the series were gen 3 remakes!
