No lol I follow the show and I have watched today's episode and all, but since half season four or so I'm not really that familiar with the fandom's drama anymore. That's why I didn't know what you were talking about (I thought it had something to do with fluttershy XD).
So yeah, oak library is not coming back, but at least they did not just forget about it, they made it clear that Twilight missed her old house.
