      When an Egg is hatched, what moves the Pokemon will have depends on the moves' breeding-priority.

      It goes Volt Tackle, Egg Moves, TM/HM moves, inherited level-up moves, START moves.

      He was telling me that moves Eevee had were the just the start moves. I think this may be similar to the whole Phantump situation I told you about Etesian.
