Better start chasing them Waterfalls. ((and flinch deosn;t matter unless your faster, so it is a nice bonus but consider how fast the mon using it is lol.))
Go for Waterfall, because it´s always better to be secure with that 100% accuracy. Water Tail will miss when you need it most. At least that´s what happens to me :/
