Should have revised earlier but v9 came out so completed the main story to that instead...
I still got a bit done this afternoon though so not too distracted.

Watched the Sky News political Q&A session for Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn. Let's just say her answers were not very 'strong and stable'
For those of you who are interested in watching the whole thing (About 1hr 30mins for the whole thing):

Whoops, kinda spent too long on that practice question. I found it really interesting talking about arguing between the right in the freedom of information on the Internet against local laws...

Wow, they focus on attacking a political party leader at a time where all poltical parties in Britain have agreed not to do anything related to the general election for that day to pay respect to those in the Manchester bombings. Shame on the Scum (The Sun) for attacking Corbyn during this sad time.
They're not just a bunch of liars but the company as a whole is so immoral that they would do anything to smear the political party they don't agree with. I feel bad for the Conservatives as that is the very paper that supports them.
Whilst I personally don't agree with the Conservatives, I hope the Sun's horrific lies aren't the reason Labour win the election. I would want Labour to win for their manifesto not because a overly-bias newspaper is being a bunch of insensitive fools.

The ignorance of people on the difference between sex and gender really annoys the living hell out of me. I hate people who says there's only 2 genders.

I can take people taking opposing viewpoints and beliefs in some topics (such as music taste, religious beliefs and some political topics) but denying the existence of a person's identity is not right. There was this dude being really disrespectful towards my friend (who is gender-fluid) when she pointed out about the gender/sex difference in a way just to explain and was said quite well. She even posted some links to some websites to help explain it to him.
I think if people don't believe that there are more than 2 genders then they should keep that viewpoint to themselves when commenting in an LGBT post about different sexualities and gender identities.

By Sartre's definition of the identity, the struggle of the honest person is to reconcile their etre-pour-soi (being for themselves, self-perception) identity to correspond with their etre-pour-autrui (being for others, others' perception of the self) identity. At least both are legitimate, arguably the latter is more so because it can outlive the first by millenia.
Much of our identity, perhaps the majority, exists in the eyes of other people. If society defines you to be something, then you are that something; and if there is a difference between your internal and societal perceptions of identity, then it is your responsibility to reconcile this by either convincing society or changing yourself.
Essentially, because gender and gender roles are social constructs, society determines gender, not the individual. If enough people in a society say there are only two genders, then there are only two genders. It's not an ignorant stance, it's reality. I personally believe there are more, as do you and your friends. But by the existentialist definition, outside of echo chambers, genders beyond 'man' and 'woman' do not exist.

That was an interesting fact there Hugh. I think society is changing to take this into consideration. Whilst many of my friends are very accepting about there being more than 2 genders, my family are not so. The main reason why many people don't accept it in my mind is because the concept gender identity and sexuality has expanded greatly within the past few decades and they haven't had time to make sense of the gender identities of others.
It's sad that many people don't understand that gender identity is a spectrum but I think within the next decade or so then people will become more understanding of that. That is if the increasing concerning amount of voices that are trying to push us back into early 1900's version of patriarchy are ignored. I could have more of a discussion of those voices but I'll only mention it if it was more relevant...

Been re-watching Yuri On Ice to deal with revision stress. Kinda got looked at weird for singing along to Shall We Skate and JJ's theme. I never forgot how great this anime was but I appreciate it even more a second time watching it

Yeah. It's really funny how he's so grumpy/complaining with certain things like fans fawning over him, Victor coaching Katsuki, and other things, but he actually likes the fans (defended them when JJ insulted them) and he's just jealous of Yuri. He also offers Pork Cutlet Russian style to Yuri to encourage him. The meeting with Otabek was quite nice too, what with being asked to be a friend of him.

Never knew Tentacruel could be a decent pokemon. If I did a future playthrough of another pokemon game then I would use it again

Guilty! I did a mainly mono-poisontype run of Heartgold with just one slot for non-poison types. Tentacruel was rather great. I also had a Haunter, Nidoqueen, Crobat, Ariados, and then swapped between Typhlosion and Jynx whenever the time needed. I did this as Cain makes the one exception for Oshawott so I thought it'd be cool to leave a slot open for another pokemon
