Hello and nice to meet you. You can level up your pokemons to level 100 but they will disobey you. So if your current level cap is 65 every pokemon that is over level 65 will disobey. I suggest you to buy some common candies from that candy store (that place where is that department store and that terrible grass gym) so you can lower your pokemons levels to 65 or under.
