    heck ya, I am going to have to tell my friend's about this though, since this was originally going to be a game for them, but we only ended up with 3 people. We are going for Sundays as the time we will be playing, and it will be much earlier in the day due to one of my friends being from Europe. and don't worry 3.5 is similar to 4th so you should be fine. We are still in the process of setting up characters and stuff and that will most likely be the the first session. (I will need anybody who playing real names though, you don't have to tell me right here, right now. But I would like to know

    Yes it normally is, but there is a site called Roll20 that allows you to play over the internet that I use. Also was making a new character named Glicks, he is a Kobold Sorcerer, not sure if he will be an npc or a Player character of mine (might use him as both lol).

    lol, CHarmisa works a bit differently for me as to me Charisma isn't just looks. Also I don't allow charmisa checks on players just due to player's usually not wanting their character's to things that aren't of their own volition lol.

    Honestly, my favourite Characters D and D wise are my Lizardman Warrior, Ress'nok Greystone. And My crossbow wielding Dwarf warrior Pirate (that isn't a class, he is just a Pirate lol), Sinbad Thunderbrew.

    I know some people get butthurt, why I don't usually allow it lol. and if you ever do play a game I dm, alignments don't matter to me other than being a guideline for people. I would prefer you roleplay you want so I don't hold people to thier alignments (unless they do something really Evil as a Paladin.) Or the Lawful aspect of a Monk, as they are much to disciplined to be Choatic in alignment lol.

    I wouldn't do it over the forum, I would set it up that way, but it would be over Skype or the ventrilo server my friend has. Only thing is Warlocks weren't a class before lol. (Also I usually don't allow the transferring of characters, usually because they have magic items that may be broken in my world. I would probably do it that if that was the case, they just couldn't use it my my world, but I wouldn't take it from them lol.)

    Also Rusty, I require you rp a reason to get your dual class, you aren't allowed to just get it. I if I am not impressed, no beans for you. Because one does not suddenly become a Wizard, let alone a Sorcerer.

    I am typically a 2nd Edition guy, but I prefer 3.5 for getting players into the game. I also know how to handle Min/Maxers so they never really get far. Bards only actually suck in 2nd edition because they arn't a real class and are too jack of all trades. They a bit better in 3rd and in 4th. Just a tidbit for you though in closing. Drows were actually first created in the Forgotten Realms preset world, which is not only the the most popular D and D setting, it is also what the Neverwinter Knights and a lot of other media is based on lol.     Thing is.....I have wanted to make a similar character for a while lol. I don't want to deal with Fairy characters though, their rules are over-complicated and there are a bajillion different kinds. (Some can kill you if you look at them lol.).(only thing is, that particular campaign already has a bard, and while I don't like to say sombody can't play something, I highly advise not stacking classes as it usually just gets the party killed lol.)

    It is, but it is worth it lol. It is hard to explain to somebody who has never done it before. But trust me it is lol. It is mostly bad for me because I like to get detail in so I take a lot longer than most DMs. There are pre-sets and premade universes for those that aren't as bat shit crazy as me lol. Maybe I will run a separate campaign for the community here if they are interested, but I got to get my first campaign up and running first lol.

    It is different for the players of the game, and for the dm or the game master. For player's it is very organic, it is like learning about a person in real life with the npcs. It can very between player characters, I urge people to not divulge their back stories to other players in the game other than the dm, because it loses a bit of it's magic when they do that. DMs have a much different task though. Not only must we make believable npcs within our world's lore, we must also make an over-arching story.     I really hope you do show back up, I was planning on using your character to divulge a lot of Lupus's backstory since she wanted to talk to him. I can figure out another way to do it though, so don't feel pressured lol. i really want to get Lupus's backstory out there a bit more (a bit of it was just revealed in the mission topic, but I wasn't going to divulge it all right away lol.) Problem I have personally is that I am too used to Dungeons and Dragon style roleplaying lol, and story writing for that matter lol.     What is funny to me, squad 2 has the killer in it, and we have currently killed 0 people. Both the other squads are on a rampage lol. (and with the confusion thing, we are supposed to be putting our squads at the top of the post, but only really me and I think Jory are doing it lol. The squads are written at the beginning of the first mission post though lol.

    Absol, who can't just post into the IC thread, we are in the middle of the first mission and your character has not been approved or added to the rp. you are going to need to remove your posts. (I am not being a jerk, but until we finish the first mission, no characters can join the rp. it is stated in the rules here on OOC (first post on the first page). It would do you some good to read them if you are planning on joining later down the line.)
