Found it, it was some glitch that wouldnt let it spawn if I booted from anywhere in Peridot ward.

Ive got 2 badges, also, what happend to the department store sticker from saving the girls friend from Jasper ward? She gave me an egg this time..

Where does it spawn and under what conditions? Ive tried running all around the entire ward in clear, rain and thunderstorm weather conditions and I havent seen it once. Does it need to be night or day? and dont suggest I use the search function, I looked at every single post after searching "numel".

You can get a dusk stone in the underground railnet, just gotta figure out the train track puzzle and head left into the aron nest and search some rocks. Pack super repel

I think I might be able to make some missing happen if I do Sand Veil and brightpowder, then again the only thing with any speed on my team is Magmar...

Exploud is leveled equally with the rest of my team, but its useless when im in a pinch and cant be relied on ever so I gotta drop it.
