I thought that there were Zubats under the Opal bridge but I've looked for a long time and only came across Noibats, where did the Zubats move to?

I know he's somewhere on 7th street but I have no idea where 7th street even is. Well checking road signs I went from 6th to 8th street without finding 7 at all. I've checked other posts but they all just say 7th street

I can't get past Kiki no matter what, my team is Blaziken Lvl 44 Gyrados Lvl 44 Pidgeot Lvl 43 Kricketune Lvl 40 Golem Lvl 40 For my 6th pokemon I'm getting Gengar but no matter what I do I cant get past Kiki, like 2 or 3 of her pokemon have thunderpunch and just 1 shot my Pidgeot, Gyrados, Blaziken, and Kricketune...
