Yeah, that's one negative, but the more you play, money is more common because more trainers etc, + you don't really need to buy as much things if you plan ahead or play really cautiously. Taka is one of my favorite characters. I really hope he plays an extremely large role later in the story.

Yes, you need a Heart Scale to relearn Ancient Power. However, I don't remember when you can access the Move Relearner, so someone else has to answer that for you. The Move Relearner is Located in the Onyx Ward, but the house is locked, and you have to find the key, it's in the Abandoned Railnet somewhere.

I haven't done those because the solutions for them are in the folder of the game, so I found it pointless to do. Same goes for the others, but if some people want it, I'll do it eventually.
