So I finally got around to watching the last episodes of both Grimgar and Dimension W and figured I'd share some random thoughts about them. Obvious spoilers are obvious, so don't read if you haven't watched to the end. Dimension W Grimgar

Flux saves the day! aka I finally posted again...

Sylva and Frog Sylva gleefully trotted over to the counter, starting conversation with the man and pointing in the direction of the cake she wanted. He followed her to the cake she was looking at, confirming her choice before bringing it back to the counter to ring it up. "That comes to $17.23." There was a short pause during which Sylva looked completely lost. Seventeen twenty-three? What did that mean? She looked over in Frog's direction, hoping for some kind of help, but he seemed enchanted by the various cakes in the store and didn't even look in her direction. The shopkeeper broke the silence. "...Do you have money? Are you here with your parents?" Sylva shook her head. "I'm here with Mister Frog!" She pointed in his direction. The shopkeeper nodded, a slight smile on his face. "Ah... I see. Is he your brother, or perhaps a friend of some sort?" Sylva shook her head again. "Nope! Mister Frog is my Master! He promised me we'd get cake and shorts!" She smiled brightly, not understanding the strangeness of what she'd just told the man. "Your... master? A look of concern came over the man's face as he directed his gaze towards Frog. The man was younger, wearing a hoodie... perhaps... Sylva shouted across the store suddenly. "Master, hurry up! I need seventeen and twenty-three!" She had no idea what that meant and was oblivious to the storekeeper's concerned gaze, but she just wanted her cake. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Vance and Lily Vance stood outside the steps leading up to the museum with Lily at his side. Back at the house, he'd actually been rather motivated, but that motivation had disappeared rather quickly. He looked up towards the large building with a disinterested gaze. He'd rather be at home right now, doing his normal thing. He'd been the one who suggested coming here in the first place, but now that they were here, he had no idea what to do. He wasn't sure how a museum would help them learn anything about who the other Servants might be. He should have suggested the library, if anything. He sighed audibly. At least Lily had seemed excited. Maybe she'd enjoy herself at the very least. It'd be a welcome sight before they all started tearing into each other. "You ready to go in?" he asked, turning towards Lily. It was 5:00 - about an hour and a half before the museum's closing time. Hopefully they could find something useful. If worse came to worse and they really needed to, for whatever reason, he supposed they could go with Lily's plan to break in after hours and find out more. He had no doubts that Lily could pull it off, but he still felt uncomfortable about the idea... Oh well. He didn't really expect to find anything anyway.

Most of this is stuff I already knew, but it's always good to know more about the people you consider friends. My personal stance is that you're definitely not a monster, and neither are any of the people I've known. I don't see humans as monsters at all, probably because I tend to be far on the optimistic side, which puts us kind of on opposite ends of things. It takes a lot to get me down, but when I am, it hurts, and bad. I'd like to say that therefore I know at least a little bit of what it's like to to be depressed, but unfortunately, I'm also pretty confident that I have no clue what it's really like to deal with depression. I legitimately wish I could do something to help you when you need it, but I don't know what I can conceivably do from the other end of this computer besides offer words of support and wish you the best of luck in dealing with things as they come to you. I'm always willing to talk, whatever the topic may be and whether I'm informed on it or not, so feel free to hit me up if you ever want to. It feels lame, but that's about all I can say.

Both added~ I've thought about it, but as of now, I've only been adding people who actually request to be added in the thread. It's mostly just a precaution on my part to make sure that I don't add anyone to the list who might not want their name on it for whatever reason. Perhaps I'll seek out more people to fill up the list in the future if I get some sort of clearance or assurance for that point, but for now I'll keep doing things this way.

That looks really interesting. My only worry about using this would be that it might mess me up in the other Smash games I play. Regardless, I might give it a try sometime. I'd love to see somebody good at using this control scheme play at high level.
