      I'm sure you'll do fine if you keep at it. However, keeping the team together and working smoothly, that's the real test. Good luck with that. Honestly, good luck. THat stage is the part that always takes down the team. So, hang in there. Even if things do look rough etc. You'll make it if you stick together.
