Well, Kalos was at war with SOMEONE...so... there's that.. , there's also the sundials + moondials. . Souvenir was from a "far away" region.. Just cause it ain't "directly" connected to kalos like johto+ kanto, doesn't mean we can't travel from there to kalos via a boat or something.. Especially if that Kalos is x years ago or x years later, we could have new areas, with a harbour or something. They really have a fudgeload of potential to bank on for the myths of sun and moon..and the kalos left more or less unfinished... But knowing game freak, they may waste it all

Sounds like an awesweet idea as well. I mean maybe not as far as individual variety of cries or color hues but ... Things like Spindas are the precursor of your idea, followed by pumpkaboos. They could definitely expand on it and bring more variety in shapes and sizes or patterns. It's already anime canon that pokemon come in various sizes (ex. charizard in the valley had many different sizes) . Especaially since we're into 3d model area now, they ought to really consider that kind of thing

Well, the game will be a "new" place with new pokemon ad confirmed by the pokemon site so that much is certain. Haven't seen talks about a south kalos yet, but wellp, would be nice if kalos is a postgame P.S. @ NickCrash, by starter rules, do you mean the chinese zodiac fire, -saur grass and amphibian water? if yes, that rule is kinda broken already apart the fire types, but yea, coro coro never reveals such a shitton of info in 1 go

I doubt we'll see a new type anytime soon if at all. Fairies kinda exist so that dragons aren't so op and now that they DO exist, wellp.. Personally I find light type to be obsolete since psy/fairy are like 2 types that would combine into what would be a light type more or less..that's the vibe they give off

I don't see why the addition of clearly new pokemon is viewed as something that somehow doesn't reinforce gen7 but wellp, corocoro (and probably other places before it) will give us more info in april it seems That said, I'm still hoping its a gen 6.5 that lets us return to kalos in some way for a post story

Warning: Giant pic^ So here's a relatively new tidbit of possibility from somebody who tried to enlarge one of the sun/moon sketches . From the looks of it, it may potentially be the moon cover legendary since it is loosely shaped like various phases of the moon. Also appears to be a bird/avian

Yeah ,steel fairy would be lame as hell What if it's a pure steel type? Really, the things it most resembles is a steelfairy or steelnormal, but you never know with dem folks (dat 4x fighting weakness on steelnormal tho)

I think the field effects being implemented would also be lovely As for pokemon feelings and saying, I guess yellow was the closest thing to providing that...but only with a pikachu. Yeah, hgss brought back following pokemon, but they all had random reactions that change everytime you talk to your 'mon. And we got nothing on random overworld pokemon. Would definitely be nice to get something to give pokemon a deeper portrayal

I think I always like your old maps more than the new ones somehow. They look prettier and more organized.. in the case of the estate. Seems natural that you'd see the garden and yard stuff before you get a view of the mansion.. the new version is like.. idk, my first thought was "Where's everything? what's everything?" That may be only because the new map is...well.. new. But the old one feels easier on the eyes at least for me

No real deep reason either. The concept is nice and the creatures look cool. The anime is shit but the games have so much interesting lore and creepy dex entries. The adventure is nice

Anime- on a german tv channel that aired animes nd tv series Games- didn't know they existed even, but when I was like 9 or so, I really wanted a gbc and on christmas my parents surprised me with one + pokemon (viet) crystal with it. The feeling of not knowing whats even going on .. and having every step feel like an adventure... irreplaceable

Yes, please make that possible... in this time and age, it should be doable I'd really wanna go on an adventure with my friends and battle together

I did actually see what you meant, but it's still nothing I'd wanna see..don't like Ash Been also thinking about the whole burst heart thing...that it's practically impossible for them to do it in a main pokemon game as we know it.. I mean they'd have to do a complete overhaul of the battle system in order to implement poketrainer fusion, and furthermore to implement a fusion for each individual trainer and each individual pokemon..and then there's the switching mechanics, team of 6 and so on. Seems really unlikely the more you look at it. I am also doubting the Ash-frog theory because that's another similar gimmick that would require them to make a design for every chosen pokemon to resemble their trainer with features taken from the trainer.. You'd have to have a female mc-features pokemon, a male one..key characters ones and so on. Also, in the anime, it was said ash-frog was some special once in a million years thing. That said, I do believe the diamond on the logos has some significance to what we'll see in sunmoon, seeing as all 3ds japanese logos of pokemon sport a symbol for some evolution method (mega for xy and primal reversion for oras)
