Knock Off is not a TM in Gen VI and is a tutor move in BW2 so no you can't either.

You can't get any of those moves in Pokemon Reborn on this specific Pokemon, except Drain Punch... I'll look into it and I'll come back. Edit: Nope, Drain Punch not available either since Mienfoo isn't here yet.

It learns U-Turn too through evolution-remembering. Try to remember which of his Pokemon have Energy Ball so that Swampert can eat the others. I don't remember or know his actual Pokemon, but I remember using X Stats items to be faster.

I feel like Last Whisper and Void Staff are a bit overlooked in your various games ranging from 30 to 40 mins. Not just you but the players in general. Just my two cents.

Sludge Bomb is easy to breed into a Gastly though (with Grimer). If you want a specific moveset, tell us which and we may try to get you a chain-breeding. Edit: I got ninja'd =o

Beat him first try with everyone being < lvl 60 and without knowing his roster. If my Staraptor was EV trained and level 60 she would have OHKO his ace. :C
