Oh trust me, I'll grind like hell if it's needed. I'm playing on hard though, so the enemies have buffed stats and more skills.

Oh, I know all about the grind XD. I finished a classic Lunatic+ playthrough and beat the secret route of apotheosis after 120+ hours. Just remember that brave weapons and healing skills are your best friends and you should be okay (Assuming you did grind enough)

I might get Apotheosis later while waiting for If. Still a long way to go, 2016...
