So since i play two different campaigns of D&D i found out something interesting. In both games I'm playing as a dwarf .in the frist one i'm playing as Dagen the cleric the other is Rusty the barbarin/cook/one of two sane people in the group. the thing I noticed about them is just how different I play them. Dagen is extreamly racist against elves and is greedy as hell and as the bad habit of running head long into any danger. Rusty on the other had is calm more then willing to spe...

That is partially due to the narrative of the game, the rolls influence to a degree who a character is. If there is a guy who misses all his attacks, maybe while he talks a mean game, he is actually a horrible klutz. etc, everything at the table makes a character who they are, and their interactions with the other pcs etc mold them as well.
