What kind of a question is Jelly's about Edge vs Kaito? Are you happy that I'm not asking as many questions as Mael or Phoenix? Why am I up asking people questions when I should really be asleep? At a local comic convention, I saw someone do a Stunfisk Gijinka. They flopped around the place, it was fucking amazing. As for ones I'd like to see...probably Empoleon. That'd be cool.

Remember, you can always change items, abilities, etc. Also, if you choose Rotom, you can change its forme, but if you intend to do that then you can not choose Hydro Pump, Overheat, Leaf Storm, Hex, Blizzard, or Air Slash.

Did you notice the typo in the title? Wouldn't hurt to have Fake Out somewhere in Infernape's set (although I honestly don't know where you'd put it), as it's a good move for a lead, especially in League battles. I pointed out the suggestion of Sucker Punch before, and I'm still agreeing with that one. It will make a great late-game clean up. Probably in the place of Psycho Cut would be best as Fighting- and Poison-types will not be an issue here even without a Psychic-type attack (Gengar pummels them, Haxorus buries them, and Staraptor eats them for lunch). I'm with Dark Desire on the no Salac Berry thing. A Liechi Berry...now we're talking. If you're going to run Expert Belt on Gengar, then Focus Blast is pretty much a prerequisite. This team could use some more special presence, but I pointed that out before. Looking at this team...could use some Starmie. As for League, you need some spread moves. All of them except for Explosion and Rock Slide are special. As an OU team, I give this team 6/10. As a League team, I give it 8.5/10. Different ratings based on how prepared it is to face different metas.

I'm already enjoying reading this Yeah, the problem with high schoolers now is that they're incredibly attached to technology. A couple guys in my math class skipped to go play osu or whatever the fuck it was; a girl refused to write the exam because she couldn't have her phone on in case of a "medical emergency". Teachers already put up with a lot of shit, especially where i live; the least students can do in return is acknowledge those that will be essentially guiding their careers. As for signal jamming, my high school was built in such a way that it (unintentionally, I think) blocked phone signals solid. The downside of this, though, is that there's no way to contact others in case help is needed, which can be the case more often before one might think.

You have a point. However, VGC tiers are outsider tiers and, as such, it promotes anti-autonomy of Reborn, if you get what I mean. Besides, VGC 2009/2010 are 4th Gen, so the tiers are most likely a by-product of Reborn's inability to find an identity of its own back then, as in 4th Gen there was no Drizzle / Hidden Abilities / other stuff to use that differentiated Reborn. You follow?

If we were going to add outside tiers such as VGC we might as well add Smogon tiers and whatnot...and you and I both know that won't happen.

Ya Got One Choice... Raikou @ Choice Specs Trait: Pressure EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Thunderbolt / Thunder - Hidden Power [Ice] / [Grass] - Weather Ball - Volt Switch Raikou is a very overlooked Pokemon. Thanks to its ability Volt Absorb, it becomes a bulkier, slower, more powerful Jolteon. It also has access to Weather Ball, which is very beneficial to any Pokemon who is lucky enough to get it; in hail, it makes a far more powerful substitute for Hidden Power [Ice]. Thunderbolt/Thunder needs no intro. Volt Switch does damage to a Pokemon that you aren't sure you can take out, like Metagross, so another Pokemon can tank a hit or two and finish it off. With Specs, Hidden Power [Ice] can OHKO Dragonite through Multiscale. Volt Absorb is there because Pressure is useless on a sweeping set where no attempt to stall is made.

My Pikachu...well, it's a three-way tie. Butterfree, Blaziken, and Probopass.

I'm going to agree on the front of Trick Room and say switch out Porygon-Z in favor of Porygon2. Outside of Swampert and Hydreigon a bit, your team has bulk issues in addition to problems with Trick Room. Porygon2 alleviates both of those issues. I suggest Tri Attack/Discharge/Recover/something else (Toxic maybe?). Discharge would be an awesome move over Thunderbolt as you'll need some spread, and all of its would-be teammates baring Gengar either resist or are immune to Electric. Hell, Electivire gets a Speed boost so...Oppan Sigmund Style!
