The truth is, seeing Reborn's unique tiers, more people flock to Reborn to abuse weather for laddering purposes. Okay, no ill feelings towards weather, but I haven't seen anyone at the top of the ladder without weather. I feel that Clear Skies is the true tier to prove your capability in competitive Pokemon battling. I mean, if everyone who are considered the best use weather, then what is the point of originality in Teambuilding? Just saying.
