I dont know about Suicune, What Tenshi said is correct, but make it bulky, putting the EVs into both defs and some in health gives me the chance to pull at least one Calm Mind. Give it leftovers and you have a fairly fine pokemon. But I've not seen a Suicune enough on the server so my info is kinda blah.
