I need help with what is happening down there. Spoiler I see this in Mt. Ruin. I thought I got all of these though... Spoiler I went through as far as I could go...I think. I got the Mega Stones from the Pokemon in there. Spoiler I have been to the "Forge" but there is nothing there. Pretty sure you are missing the Tyranitar on the outskirts of the island, and i believe the one in the room behind the barrier which need admin access. Spoiler Go to the little, almost invisible door next to the room with the teleports on the observatory, that's Nastasia's room, interact with her PC and then talk to Katsu in the room with the pod where Ren's body is held.
