Help for progressing Xenpurgis in V14 (due to error)

I'm at the point where you enter the first floor of the Xenpurgis (AKA Xenpurgis F1) and I encountered this error. I don't want to lose progression and I'm hoping that maybe someone could help...

 

I also tried doing backing up files thing but it didn't work, I get the same text every time I try to progress to F2.
