How make base stade pokemon stronger

Hi, I'm new here, I'm currently playing rejuvenation (13.5) and I've started act 6

 

I was questioning myself on how make my Pikachu stronger in battle, I'm not talking about stats Ev/Iv or moves, more like instrument that can help a (almost) base stade pokemon like to be a serious resources in my team.

 

Ofc I DON'T want to evolve him in Raichu. Do we have in this game some instruments that make base stade pokemon stronger? (Also other than Pikachu)

Your options that don't require changing scripts are EVs and IVs, as well as the Light Ball. There is a partner Pikachu, but it is only available from the Terajuma password as Alain.

If you wanted to edit the base stats, then you'd need to edit Pikachu's code in montext.rb, and compile via debug.

Have u in mind some good EV/IV build for a Pikachu? I never used ev/iv in the official game even if I know how them work.

Pikachu is not fast enough to be a sweeper, but it's not slow, it can't take a hit to save its live, but with Light Ball+Volt Tackle it hits like a truck.

 

AFAIK, there's really only one way to play Pikachu in singles: Adamant with 252EV in Attack and Speed with Volt Tackle. Slow bulky guy? Just oneshot it, duh.

 

In doubles, you could play support Eviolite Pikachu with Fake Out and Helping Hand, but that would really just be a a worse version of support assault vest Raichu.
