An idea for a new run

So I have already completed both routes a few months back and now, I want to start another save, but with some kind of catch. I want to do it by using Gallade+Gardevoir only but afaik, the Galladite isn't in the game and just these 2 against the entirety of Rejuv seems impossible without evasion tactics, especially stuff like Ghost Gym, etc. So now I'm thinking using all sorts of duos but for doubles, both must be on the field together. Any thoughts?

I mean anything that comes in pairs seems fine for it. Solrock-Lunatone, Zangoose-Seviper, Nidoking-Nidoqueen, Nitmonlee-Hitmonchan, Meowstic of both genders, Froslass-Glalie, Elemental monkeys, some more meta picks like Alolan version with original one, Lucario-Zoroark, Mimikyu-Pikachu and stuff. A lot of options.
