Acemaster is right, if I remember correctly, all your Pokémon will be able to learn egg moves with the Move Reminder when you're near to fight for your 13rd gym badge (around 80). You can get a rare move from a wild Litten with the Technique Contract (Mr Luck's). But it's after the Terajuma story arc. You'll need to be patient in both cases. astral_vehemence Posted August 12 Share Posted August 12 (edited) Just breed it onto a new Litten. You can get a Meowth on the Chrisola Hotel rooftop, and that learns Fake Out at level 9. The Technique Contract is incredibly unreliable since you're rolling against the list of all TM, Tutor, and Egg Moves.
