This means you can use pokemon like combusken but you cannot use blazakin or torchic. Mega evolutions do not count as a stage of evolution. Pokemon with only 2 stages of evolution are not permitted like hounch crow or murkrow.There is going to be a catch however, the item eviolite is not allowed to make the tourney more interesting. The tournament will be run this Saturday, 7pm EST (GMT-5) for signups and 8pm for the tournament itself! (was tough thinking of things that were in the middle of an evo line seeing as they have to be, in a 3-stage evo. Was an interesting team set-up though, and was fun building it lol.)
