The event starts after you talk to the dude in the stair house. * Needs to be rainy weather* Then when it's clear weather run through the grotto to the Mudkip location. Well... a Gen VI starter would make a good event for the ones (like me) who didn't had the choice for one at the beggining of the game. Yup, we definitely need a gen VI starter event... Although, i like all new pokemon additions, cuz i'm a pokedex freak and want to complete it... so yeah...
