Once I get Binacle I'll look for Inkay, then grind Pokemon in preparation for episode 11. Get it? You have to try to stop it evolving in order for it TO evolve. It's Contrary in Habitat, Contrary in it's description, knows the ability Contrary, why wouldnt you have to do the contrary thing to evolution (stopping it) for it to evolve?
