Missing Zygarde cell in Goldenwood Forest and Aevium Feebas from Gearen Labs?

Did anyone happen to find a Zygarde cell in the new updated Goldenwood Forest? Or perhaps get a Aevium Feebas from the lab? I am playing the v13.5 of the game and I know there isn't a guide out for the update yet. Doing this for Ayuda side quest in East Gearen. Any answers?

The Zygarde Cell was placed after Cut, still in Goldenwood Forest. Aevian Feebas should be in:

Route Z, better know as the appearing rift in Route 2 after cutting the new tree in Past Sheridian Village.

Can you show me the spot in Goldenwood? Is it day or night time I find it?

After taking the train, there should be a path to the left before the "entrance". There is Cut and the Zygarde Cell is within the zone of the Loudred.
