Im stupid and need help of smart people

Hey someone answered this question last night but I am still lost, probably because i didnt give enough info. Im restarting the game from fresh (amazing game btw) and im stuck on terajuma and cant seem to find the weather institute. Ive explored the area in the screenshot and dont believe its the next place to go but i cant find anywhere else. To the top is the temple/temple outskirts, to the left is mirimura cave which ive done the meeting with aelita and melia already, and to the right is the excavation site. Where do i go from here to get the weather institute

Weather Institute is now at the top of Mt Terajuma. Pretty sure if you explore the cave on the right, you'll find the path.

dont worry I got stuck there too so what happens is the ranger that was blocking the one cave moving u go up the pully or whatever and youll find a waterfall at the top. Fall down the right-most part of the waterfall. not the middle, left has some items.
