Dark aura/huge power zoroark would be great because it would double the STAB and if it had huge power it would help its attack stat keep up with its huge special attack

Mega Mewtwo X with Huge or Pure Power. 190 attack... Only problems is it lacks a variety of powerful physical moves.

Well, xerneas CAN learn night slash so at least dark aura would make it stronger.

Sadly fairy aura for Yvetal is useful for it leans no fairy attacks. Poor, poor, Yvetal... It seems fairy types have ruined me forever..
