Shadow Angel Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Pretty sure this is a softlock, you need to reset to a previous save, or hack it somehow. I had this happen and I reset to a backup save and made sure to battle him from the square that doesn't induce him to block you off. Total mistake on the creator's part to allow this to happen
