xsilverr Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 Rn im at the carotos mountain sidequest, but i cant star the quest until i blow up the mined rock with blast powder. Problem is, ive used all my blast powder, is there a place to buy more, the wiki says you can buy it somewhere

You have to accept the Help Center Quest Missing Children in order to get access to the Underground. However once you reach Grand Dream City you will not be able to return to the other places you have visited for quite some time.
