Trouble with Patch Notes

So I've been looking to see how to download the latest patch notes for the game as I am still on 19.0. I see the text bubble for patch notes, but I still can't find where to download them. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not a tech savy guy. I have no idea where that program is. Can I download it externally and input it in?

Your antivirus might've interfered with it then, so you might just have to try the main download again

either check your antivirus's recently blocked list for something taken from the reborn folder or download the latest patch files for the Mac users since it's basically the same files

Your antivirus program nuked it. You'll have to add it to the exceptions list.
