Zygarde Quest Help (E19 Spoilers)

I hope I'm posting this in the right area- either way, I was wondering if I could possibly get some help on the Zygarde Quest? I found all the cells in the desert, managed to talk to Florinia, and got 10% Zygarde and thought we could then continue other quests. But apparently I'm missing something? I'd assume it'd be opening the gates with the cells I currently have, but I don't know how to do that.

You can obtain up to 50 Zygarde cells. But than you have to wait some time before you can continue the zygarde quest.

Just do the other quests and wait for the boy, who gave you the quest, to start jumping (its like 2 quest tiers later or sth, youll see what I mean when its time).

How can you start Tier 5 when you can't complete the Zygarde quest in Tier 4 ?

The Zygarde quest will stay uncompleted for several tiers and therefore do not prevent the player from moving on to the next tier.

I did as the guide said and when i return to the night club i still dont find any quests
