technically yes as long as its not Dragon Ball Z Kai. Modoka is more Sailor Moon area of anime though(its a lot better then Sailor Moon or so i hear. well thats a matter of opinion anyway).

but it probably does not have that extremely annoying ending that makes no sense and you need to watch a whole move to make sense of it or so i would guess(stupid netflix why don't you have Madoka i really want to watch it).

If you can, Sash Alakazam (although being good in competitive battles) is kinda bad lead for him due to how AI works with restoring items. He just ends up wasting all potions on it if you happen to have some pokémon that can one shot it (which is quite many due to Kazams paper thin defense..).

Also, Sucker Punch would be nice to get fixed, Dark type Extremespeed is fun to abuse tho...
