How/Where do you get Poipole / Naganadel

I'm going to do a poison monotype run and I wanted to know where was Poipole in the game? I couldn't find it anywhere and I don't want to debug the game just to get it

As far as I know, the only available legendaries are Type Null and Phione.

 

Edit: Apparently if you collect 100 cells and a core you can get 10% zygarde as well
