Venipede in rejuvenation v13

Hi guys, I tried to catch a venipede in phasial cave for about 3 hours (did manage to catch lot of shinies) but it’s like impossible to encounter it. 
Does anybody know where to catch one ?

its in the phasial cave as an 1% encounter, get it there yesterday on my poision only run.
