V13 Substitute location not in game corner anymore ?

Hi , I searched around for a bit for where substitute TM is located and found out that it used to be in the game corner . I went to check and it seems its no longer there , having only TM 10 as an award . Does anyone know where is it currently located ? Thanks

Edit : I am right before the newest Gym leader fight .

It happened that I managed to beat the gym but thanks for the information .
