Didn't activate the quest for Pixie Plate and Luck Incense. What can I do?

I didn't activate the igglybuff sidequest before the city's restoration, but only now realised that I'd have to do that to get the Pixie Plate and Luck Incense. I restarted a save and got the igglybuff with the correct OT, and traded it over through a series of trades, but I can't give it to the lady because I never took it from her. Any way I can still get the items? I can attach my save here if it is needed. Any help is appreciated .


Edit: Was able to solve the issue using debug mode. idk how to close a post, but its been solved now so yeah.

Btw if you hadn't been able to solve it you can get Pixie Plates from mining and you don't really need the Luck Incense if you get the Amulet Coin from the Scrapyard in the desert.

Yup thanks - I haven't found a single pixie plate so I thought they weren't in the mining table, and I really wanted one. Was able to use debug to reactivate the event tho so its all good. It was 052: Baby Mug Event if anyone was wondering - change it to 5 and visit the lady after the restoration to give her back an igglybuff.
