If your PC has a colyster, shellder, dratini, dragonair, dragonite, ill take em and breed them with a ditto to get the rest. completing my pokedex and dont have a super rod (as explained below). The factory is empty ( i looted it and checked it) and he cant spawn in Beryl Graveyard for the quest because i never talked to him at one of two points. ive tried to find him before.
