I know Reborn has a shiny rate of about 1% (3% with Shiny Charm), and similar games like Rejuvenation probably have similar rates, so one of those would be relatively easy to do. For official games, you'd probably have the best luck with something gen 7 or later (SuMo, USUM, LGPE, SwSh) since those games have a higher shiny rate than most previous ones and all have a somewhat simple way to chain for them.

in pokemon desolation you can buy ink what makes every pokemon shiny, it's expensive though.
