All 3 Hidden library quests need to be finished, then in chapter 14 you can find Karen in Alamissa Urban and start the side quest. Afterwards, she will tell you to go to a house in Alamissa Urban which was unaccessible before, in which you will find the Life Orb. Link to post Share on other sites
