My Budew isn't evolving no matter what I try

Hey guys! So I wanted a Roselia (eventual Roserade) for my team, but I can't evolve my Budew no matter what I try. (Rejuvenation) 

 

Could someone help me out on that please? It worked once, but I didn't save it and now the evolution isn't happening.

 

I've attached my save file as well if anyone can do something to fix this (or just somehow add a Roselia).

it requires high happiness and in game daytime for it to evolve, if both requirements arent met then it wont work........... easy way to circumvent the happiness issue is to invest all the  stat vitamins u can into it and also battle while its holding a soothe bellthere's also berries that increase happiness at the expense of EVs so when factoring all of that in evolving it isnt as hard as it may seem

So uh... I changed the time to day and it worked.

Totally forgot that part. I figured since I had max happiness I was set and I didn't have the issue in reborn or desolation.
