jay95 0 Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 So I've just got HM Fly and now certain crests are available. I went to the Weather Institute but there is no one to give me the Castform Crest. Are there any other requirements besides the three weather TMs? Currently at 12 badges and have not yet enter the tournament at GDC. Link to post Share on other sites
